1.6 We operate exclusively through https://pinaachi.com/. Pinaachi is not responsible for products sold through unauthorized third-party platforms or counterfeit items.

2. Pricing and Delivery Charges

2.1 All prices listed on the Online Store are inclusive of applicable taxes but exclude delivery charges unless otherwise specified.

2.2 Delivery charges, if any, will be displayed at checkout. Orders requiring multiple deliveries due to operational constraints will incur no additional delivery fees.

2.3 Discounts, offers, or promotions are subject to specific terms and conditions and are valid only for the specified duration. Discount codes must be applied during checkout to be valid.


3. Ordering

3.1 To place an order, add items to your cart and proceed to checkout. Completing the purchase confirms your offer to buy the items listed.

3.2 After placing your order, you will receive a confirmation email. A contract is finalized only when your order is approved, and you receive a shipping confirmation.

3.3 Orders may be canceled if:

  • Items are out of stock.
  • Payment verification fails.
  • Items are suspected of being purchased for resale or other commercial purposes.

3.4 In the event of cancellation, any payment received will be refunded to the original payment method.


4. Payment Methods

4.1 We accept payments through credit/debit cards, UPI, net banking, and other available options displayed at checkout.

4.3 Tax invoices will be sent via email and included in your order package.


5. Shipping and Delivery

5.1 Delivery timelines will be displayed at checkout. Delays may occur due to unforeseen circumstances such as extreme weather or carrier issues.

5.2 If delivery fails after multiple attempts, the order will be returned to us, and a refund (excluding delivery charges) will be processed to the original payment method.

5.3 In case of unserviceable locations or force majeure events, orders may be canceled, and full refunds will be issued.


6. Returns and Refunds

6.1 Returns are accepted only for damaged or defective products. Variations in texture, color, or finish are inherent to handmade products and are not considered defects.

6.2 Return requests must be raised within 7 days of product delivery. Only domestic orders are eligible for returns.

7. Product Authenticity and Quality

7.1 All products are handmade and undergo a rigorous quality check before shipping. Slight imperfections reflect the authenticity and uniqueness of handcrafted items.

7.2 Pinaachi disclaims liability for variations caused by device displays or minor differences in dimensions due to material or production methods.


8. Liability

8.1 We are not liable for indirect losses, including loss of profits or opportunities.

8.2 Our liability for damages related to your order is limited to the total price of the order.

8.3 In cases of force majeure (e.g., natural disasters, government actions), Pinaachi is not liable for delayed or canceled deliveries.
