1. Processing Time
1.1 Order Processing:
- All orders are processed within 2–4 business days after payment confirmation.
- Orders placed on weekends or public holidays will be processed on the next business day.
1.2 Quality Check:
- Every product is carefully inspected through a rigorous quality check before being shipped to ensure it meets our standards.
- Each of our products are handmade and hence some imperfections may be there, which makes it unique and testify how it's made.
2. Shipping and Delivery
2.1 Domestic Shipping:
- We deliver to all serviceable pin codes across India.
- Delivery timelines vary depending on your location and will be displayed at checkout. Typically, orders are delivered within 5–7 business days from the date of dispatch.
2.2 International Shipping:
- Currently, we offer international shipping to selected countries. Delivery timelines and costs will vary based on your destination.
- Please note that return and refund policies do not apply to international orders.
2.3 Shipping Charges:
- Shipping charges for your order will be calculated and displayed at checkout.
- Free shipping may be offered on domestic orders above a certain purchase value during promotions.
2.4 Delays:
- While we strive to ensure timely delivery, delays may occur due to unforeseen circumstances such as extreme weather, carrier delays, or customs clearance. We appreciate your patience and understanding in such cases.
3. Order Tracking
3.1 Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with a tracking number and a link to track your package.
3.2 If you do not receive tracking details within 48 hours of dispatch, please contact our customer service team for assistance.
4. Undeliverable Packages
4.1 If your package is returned to us due to an incorrect address or repeated failed delivery attempts, we will contact you to arrange redelivery. Additional shipping charges may apply.
4.2 If redelivery is not possible, we will issue a refund in the form of store credits, excluding shipping charges.
5. Force Majeure Events
We are not responsible for delays or non-delivery caused by circumstances beyond our control, such as natural disasters, political unrest, or other force majeure events. In such cases, we will notify you and work to resolve the situation as quickly as possible.
6. Custom Duties and Taxes (For International Orders)
6.1 International orders may be subject to customs duties, taxes, or fees imposed by the destination country.
6.2 These charges are the responsibility of the customer and are not included in the product or shipping costs.
